Red Handed!

We caught you Cassidy! One night LC Hamilton came to babysit and Cassidy got into Lipstick and covered her hands and face with bright red! LC explained as she caught Cassidy, literally, red handed! After that incident, she has done it two other times! Little Monkey! So here she is with RED HANDS! You would think that we learned our lesson but she is like a speedy roadrunner, first you see her, then you don't! She gets into everything! Her new favorite thing is to get the sandwich bags and pretend they are gloves! For those of you with kids, beware!

Slumber into Seven

Happy 7th Birthday Ally!

To start her spectacular 7th birthday, she woke up at 8am and demanded she open her presents right then, so, in her PJ's on my bed half asleep she opened them. Then I made her whatever she wanted for breakfast, only bacon! Ally is not the best eater in the world, she could live on donuts, icecream and candy!
Well, Ally has been wanting a sleepover for some time and Kevin finally talked me into it. So, we thought we would invite 7 girls, but actually ended up with 9? I was very nervous so I hired one of our babysitters, Felicia (she is the best!!) to help! If I could have one ounce of energy those girls had I would be the happiest mother in the world. Everything was Wizards, Selina Gomez, including music, decorations, cake, songs, ect... Things got a little loud at times, but then simmered down when I told Ally I would send them all home! After taking flashlights, TV and DS games away at 11:30pm and letting them know NOT to come down to my room anymore, they went to sleep at Midnight.
Two of the girls left early because the other girls were too loud! The one little girl told me that Ally was not very well behaved on her birthday party, why was she so loud! (She doesn't know that Ally is always loud? If anyone has tips to quite her down that are LEGAL let me know!)

Ally is the happiest child on earth (her words) and very grateful to Mom and Dad! We are all a little tired today but her happiness is well worth it. For those of you thinking of sleepovers, here is my advice: Wait until they are 9, they are much more independent and entertain themselves, hey, what's one night of no sleep compared to your child's happieness!

Hanging Out!

Here we are hanging out being BEST SISTERS! Cassidy just adores baby Emmy! Emily loves hanging in her bouncer chair watching TV. Last night she watched the Super Bowl! Too bad the Cowboys or Eagles were not in it.

Cassidy is starting to use the potty! Hooray! She is not ready for big girl panties but she is on a good start. She hasn't figured out that staying dry is a good thing. She just likes going potty to get gum (Starburst) and then when she doesn't want gum she tells me that is why she went in her pull up/diaper. She may be smart but she is not genius until she completely figures it out.

Emily has started to smile and laugh at everyone. She coos and talks and loves being social. It is so sweet to watch her. We have been practicing tummy time so she can work on rolling over. She loves it! Ally got her Bumbo (A little chair to help babies sit up) out and she sits great in it and loves to look around.

Go Vipers Go!

Our little Ally is a Vipers Cheerleader. She has way too much fun performing and is way cute. She had a game last night and performed well. Who would have thought that a goose could be so cute? All the girls range from 6-11 yrs. They are pretty good, but they all look at the TV monitors to see themselves dance. It is hilarious to watch! In the picture is Ally's little friend Ariana, she is 8. They attend daycare together and are great friends.

We are so proud of Ally and her courage to be a performer!
